Community Service

Bamboo Bell offers community performances throughout Northern California. Community groups, such as church events, public schools, after-school educational programs, senior citizen centers, and cultural events, are eligible to receive Bamboo Bell performances.

Depending on the audience, Bamboo Bell can perform honkyoku pieces or traditional Japanese folk songs. We have found that the folk songs are appreciated by the senior citizens and children, so we perform them at cultural/church events and schools.
